We understand that not every kid will grow up to be a musician. It is our prayer, however, that every kid grows up to be a worshiper of Jesus Christ. Kids Choir helps children in kindergarten through sixth grade learn what it means to worship Jesus in spirit and truth. Through the use of current, theologically sound songs, we instill biblical principles that take root in their hearts and shape their understanding of worship.
Why Kids Choir?
We have the responsibility to train our children to be worshipers of the Living God.
- We believe that joy comes from the responsibility of serving the Church. Kids Choir allows children to serve the Church through leading the congregation in corporate worship.
- Kids Choir is a training ground for the next generation of worship leaders.
- Multi-generational worship embodies the entire community of the Church. Children are an expressive addition to services and exemplify pure, childlike faith.
- Music is a great tool for memorization! Through the music we sing, our children will be taught and reminded of Biblical truths.

Frequently Asked Questions
Nope! Our rehearsals take place before all midweek activities. Kindergarteners will be walked to the preschool and all other kids will be dismissed to their classes.
Our kids will lead worship services quarterly in all 3 services for our Family Worship Days. They will also participate in special events such as nights of worship, Christmas programs, and community events.
We communicate primarily via the email used upon registration. However, you may also sign-up to receive texting notifications by texting “@thepointkc” to the number 81010.
