Church Planting Residents will be expected to work 20-30 hours per week on campus or in their respective area of the state or country.

Additional Church Planting Residency Expectations
The church plant will remain under the financial system and accounting processes of Longview Point throughout the duration of the residency. This is in place with a desire to provide protection for the church plant and not out of a desire to exercise control. This will also allow the church plant to be protected under the insurance policy of Longview Point.
Longview Point will also set up and provide copyright compliance for worship music used by the church plant through Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI). This will be covered for the duration of the residency. After which time the church plant will be responsible for compliance and the associated costs.
Within the first month of the residency the church planter will establish a pre-launch budget. This budget will determine salary allocation and ministry expenses for the church planter and will be approved by the Church Leadership Team (CLT) of Longview Point.
