RAISE. DISCIPLE. LAUNCH

The Path Family Ministry is a series of seminars designed to equip families with biblical tools as parents raise and disciple their children.

From the beginning of life through high school graduation, families participate in these events and ceremonies to mark the path of their child's spiritual journey with the ultimate goal of launching mature followers of Christ.

Below are the seminars available to youth and their parents. Please see Pastor Derek for more information

The Path Seminar-Path to Purity (Grades 7-12)

Seminar held in January

This seminar is for youth grades 7-12 and is led by Pastor Derek. Parents and students will be given tools for keeping a Biblical view of sex and dating while maintaining a standard of purity as students enter into relationships with the opposite sex.

The Path Seminar-Embracing Adulthood

Seminar held in March

Embracing Adulthood is led by Pastor Derek and helps families set goals for spiritual maturity for students in both life and faith while challenging them to rebel against the norm of teenage years. Parents are shown the value of having high expectations and given tools to launch their student out as a mature follower of Christ.

The Path Seminar-High School Graduation

Seminars held in November and April

This seminar is led by Pastor Derek and prepares parents and students for this time of transition and the challenges that come with college and the major life decisions students will be making over the next five years all while growing their faith. This seminar is required to participate in the Baccalaureate Ceremony in May.
